How to Submit

• email your submission to thetrailblazerreview@gmail.com with the subject line: "Submission to The Trailblazer"

Guidelines

• there is no assigned topic for submissions

• works do not have to be written in English (our team will offer a translated version of the piece, alongside the original, when it is published)

• submissions to the Annual Writing Contest and Cultural Heritage Writing Award are automatically considered for publication in Trailblazer's Issue I

• if you have already submitted a piece to the Annual Writing Contest and Cultural Heritage Writing Award, please do not submit the same piece here

• simultaneous submission is allowed

• Trailblazer accepts previously published pieces, as long as they are eligible for republication

• poetry, fiction, and nonfiction (personal essay/ creative nonfiction) are all accepted

• submissions of visual art (photography, digital art, etc.) are encouraged too

• *screenplay submissions will also be accepted for Issue I

• currently in middle or high school (aged 13-18)
